The Kuhn Rikon Auto Safety LidLifter Can Opener has a revolutionary self-attaching design to make opening cans clean, safe and easy. It attaches itself to cans almost like magic and voil! Lids are opened and can be removed, leaving no mess or sharp edges.

The side cutting mechanism leaves no sharp edges, keep fingers away from the can by using the mini pliers and push button to lift off the lid. It’s hygienic as the opener never touches the contents and the lid cannot fall into the can.

Durable stainless steel mechanism and Swiss design, it also features a lever for pull-tab type cans – simply slide under the tab and lift up.

To Use: Place the opener on top and at the edge of the can, Turn knob clockwise until you feel the mechanism engage, Continue turning clockwise to open the can. After a full circle you will feel less resistance – Stop – do not turn clockwise any further. Turn the knob anti-clockwise until the can is released. Use the mini-pliers to lift lid cleanly and easily by holding the grippers against the lid and pressing the button on the right hand side. Warning: Dont cut more than full circle.
